If their is an issue with the Comenity Business Center website and you're unable to process a transaction, please call 

call the ALPHAEON hotline at 1-920-306-1794 to confirm the issue is system-wide and not restricted to your practice.

If it is system-wide:

1.  Download the temporary receipt.

2. Complete the temporary receipt and have the patient sign it. 

3. When the Comenity Business Center website issue is resolved, login, process the transaction, and print the final receipt. 

4. Staple the signed temporary receipt to the final receipt. When (if) the patient returns for their appointment/post-op appointment, have them sign the final receipt as well. Retain these copies in case of a patient dispute.
