The Comenity Business Center practice portal does not appear to be working for all practices. When logging in, some practices are seeing a blank screen. This issue was identified this morning and there is a team at Comenity bank working to fix it, but at this time, we do not know when it will be back up and running.
If you need to apply, the patient portal is still operational. Patients can apply here.
If you need to transact, you can complete the temporary receipt and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as the system is back up, we will respond to your email and advise you to go ahead and complete the transaction.
