What We Do:
ALPHAEON CREDIT works with plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and dentists nationwide on implementing and leveraging a patient financing program that enables their patients to have the procedures they want today, with the ability to pay over time.
Ensures all customers receive a warm welcome and outstanding customer service
Welcomes, on-boards, and trains new customers, encouraging them to start offering ALPHAEON to their patients
Builds loyalty and relationships with existing customers by proactively reaching out on a scheduled basis, sharing tools and resources, and responds to matters in a manner that promotes customer loyalty
Resolves any issues quickly by answering inbound customer calls, voicemails, and emails to their line/email as well as the company’s dedicated hotlines
Maintains detailed notes in the company’s CRM system for any customer interaction so any team member can quickly pick up where you left off, delivering a superior experience
Communicates customer feedback, trends, and issues to the leadership team as needed and during team meetings to improve the overall organization and the customer experience
Works well with others in a team environment to achieve organizational goals while also being able to work independently to achieve individual goals
Committed to learning and growing by leveraging feedback and coaching
Attend national tradeshows throughout the year - usually over the weekend. 6-8 per year.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Preference is given to those with experience working with or for plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and dentists
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
As this position is 100% remote, reliable internet and telephone connectivity is required
Employee can be based at the corporate office in Irvine, CA or remote (work-from-home) position with preference given to those in the Eastern/Central time zones.
