*Provider Fees are discounted based on projected annual financing volume. Patients select from the plans you choose to offer. For charges under $250, the Revolving Practice Fee is 3.5% for practices financing under $500K annually, 3.3% for practices financing $500K to $1MM annually, and 3.15% for practices financing over $1MM annually.
